                                     NPC HLC TRAFFIC

NPC HLC traffic generates peds around the players and makes them walk and drive around. It is in beta stage now, so don't expect too much. Almost no testing with multiple players was done. Lots of peds and cars will probably use much bandwidth, so use it at your own risk.

The single archive in downloads contains all files required to use this resource (no other downloads are needed if you just want to play with the script running)
